Ich vermiete wegen eines Auslandsjahres ein schönes 16m² Zimmer im Herzen Graz. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, einen offenen Kleiderschrank, großen Tisch, und viel Platz für alle Dinge. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Balkon mit kleinem Garten und gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock mit Aufzug. Die Wg mit voll ausgestattetem Bad und Küche.
Lage:
Die Wohnung ist mitten in Graz, gegenüber vom Kunsthaus. Direkt beim Kunsthaus ist auch die Bim station ca 3 minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist 10 minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt, doch da die Wohnung in einer sehr unbefahrenen Straße steht, ist es immer sehr angenehm ruhig. Ein Penny ist ca 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und sonst sind Billa, Spar, und Hofer ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wg-Leben:
Meine Wg Kollegen sind Kathi, eine Medizin Studentin und Hannah, eine praktizierende Physiotherapeutin zusammenwohnen. Das Wg leben ist angenehm ruhig und manchmal Kochen wir gemeinsam oder gehen gemeinsam in die Stadt.

Wir suchen ab 01.03.2025 unbefristet, einen Mitbewohner. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und nur 3 Gehminuten von Straßenbahn und Bus entfernt.
Internet vorhanden Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett ein Tisch mit Stuhl und es gibt einen kleinen Raum nur vom Zimmer aus zu betreten mit ca 4qm mit einem Kleiderschrank.
