Da es längerfristig den Plan gibt, dass mein Partner nach Graz nachzieht, suche ich jemanden, der das Zimmer (möbliert) befristet zwischenzeitlich mietet. Die Untermiete wäre also befristet, aber der Auszugstermin ist noch komplett flexibel, da kann ich mich nach dir richten. Ich freue mich über gemeinsame Unternehmungen, brauche berufsbedingt aber auch viel Ruhe. Daher gerne jemand mit WG - Erfahrung.
